Chinese Tag for guild - Guild Wars Forums

Hi, not sure where to post this, so re-direct me if need be.
My guild is switching names and we've decided to add some characters in the guild tag. So I'm looking for someone whose account is "in" china to make the guild for me, then resign it over. I dont know where to look, nor do i speak chinese, so it might be hard. I am willing to pay for this service obviously. PM in game or on here if you can help, or know anyone who can do this for me. thank you
